How do I order a personal reading?
Choose the reading you would like read the details on its product page complete the requested information and proceed to checkout. Each reading is prepared personally and intuitively for you.
Which reading should I choose?
A General Guidance reading offers space for broader reflection. Choose a Career reading for questions about your work and direction or a Love & Astrology reading for its relationship and astrology focus. Each product page explains what is included.

How will I receive my reading?
All MATI Intuitive readings are delivered by email. There is no phone call or in-person appointment. Please check that your email address is correct when ordering.
When will my reading arrive?
Please refer to the delivery timeframe on your chosen reading’s product page. Preparation depends on receiving all the information needed for your reading.
What information do I need to provide?
Complete the fields on your chosen reading’s product page. Depending on the reading these may include your name date of birth, birth time and place, and your question or area of focus.
Please share only information relevant to your reading.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
You can still order a reading without knowing your birth time. Your reading will be prepared using the information available. An accurate birth time is needed to confirm your rising sign and astrological houses so these may be left out if your birth time is unknown.
What if I haven’t received my reading?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the stated delivery timeframe has passed email readings@matiintuitive.com.au with your order number.
Are readings available to everyone?
MATI Intuitive readings are available only to people aged 18 years or over.
What is the purpose of a reading?
Readings offer personal insight reflection and spiritual guidance. Predictions and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. They do not replace medical psychological legal financial or other professional advice.

What is The Oracle Within?
MATI — The Oracle Within is a 45-card oracle deck created by Sophia with an accompanying guidebook to help you explore each card’s message.
Inspired by astrology, crystals and symbolism the deck invites you to pause reflect and connect with your own inner wisdom. You can draw a card for daily inspiration explore a question or use it as a starting point for journalling.
Each card brings together an oracle message symbolic meaning and a reflection question to help you relate its wisdom to your own life. No previous experience with oracle cards is needed.
