These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit matiintuitive.com.au or purchase any digital service or physical product from Mati Intuitive.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ABOUT MATI INTUITIVE

Mati Intuitive offers personalised intuitive readings and a curated collection of spiritual, crystal, gift and wellness products. Our product range may change or expand over time.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

INTUITIVE READINGS

Mati Intuitive readings may combine card guidance, astrology, crystal energy and spiritual reflection. Each reading is individually prepared using the information supplied with the order.

Readings are offered for spiritual spiritual guidance, personal insight, reflection and entertainment purposes.

They do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other qualified advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding important decisions or concerns.

Intuitive guidance is interpretive. No specific prediction, result, relationship outcome, financial outcome or future event can be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

WELLNESS AND SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS

Crystals, oracle cards, books, candles and other spiritual or wellness products are offered for personal enjoyment, reflection, ritual or general wellbeing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or health condition.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, age recommendations and safety information supplied with a product. Candles and other flame-based products must never be left unattended.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND NATURAL VARIATIONS

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, measurements and colours as accurately as reasonably possible.

Crystals, minerals and other natural or handmade products may vary in colour, size, pattern, shape, texture and finish. These individual characteristics make every piece unique and are not considered faults when the item is otherwise consistent with its description.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen and device settings.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is shown.

International customers may be charged currency-conversion or international transaction fees by their bank or payment provider. Mati Intuitive does not control these external charges.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is prepared or dispatched.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Mati Intuitive may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing or website error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, delivery is unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled.

We may also decline requests that contain abusive, harmful, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate material.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, delivery and order information.

For personalised readings, this includes the correct email address and any requested birth or astrology information.

Mati Intuitive is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incorrect, incomplete or missing information supplied by the customer, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist once notified.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Personalised readings are delivered worldwide by email as a digital PDF within the timeframe stated on the product page.

By ordering a reading for delivery within 24–48 hours, you request that preparation begin promptly.

PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Physical products are shipped worldwide to destinations available at checkout.

Shipping availability and cost may depend on the selected product, destination, carrier services, customs requirements and local import restrictions.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and government charges unless checkout states that these have been included.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Personalised readings and customised products are treated differently from standard physical products because preparation may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mati Intuitive name, branding, website content, original designs, written material and personalised readings remain the intellectual property of Mati Intuitive unless otherwise stated.

A completed reading is provided for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. It must not be copied, resold, commercially distributed, republished or presented as another person’s work without written permission.

Third-party books, card decks and branded products remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Mati Intuitive Privacy Policy.

Information supplied for a personalised reading is used to prepare and deliver the order and provide customer service and customer support.

WEBSITE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We aim to keep this website accurate, secure and available. Occasional technical interruptions, errors or delays may occur.

Payments, checkout, shipping and other website functions may be provided by third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Mati Intuitive is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not use this website or its services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.

You must not interfere with the website’s security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, copy protected content for commercial use or provide false information.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

International customers may also have mandatory rights under the laws applying in their location.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Mati Intuitive is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from personal decisions made solely in reliance on an intuitive reading or from using a product contrary to its instructions or warnings.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The latest version will be published on this website with an updated date. The terms applying at the time of an order will continue to govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
